Ingredients:
Olive oil
1 onion chopped in large chunks
2-3 green peppers chopped
1 package of sausage depends on how much you want to make
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Grease a baking pan and set it aside.
Wash the peppers and rinse with water, then use paper towels to pat them dry.
Slice the prepared peppers into strips.
Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the pepper strips and sauté until soft. This usually takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
Add the onion and sauté until soft.
Remove the sauteed veggies from the pan.
In the same pan, add the sausage and cook until brown.
Transfer the sausage into the prepared baking pan.
Add the sauteed veggies into the same pan with the sausage. Stir everything until well combined.
Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake everything for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy! about 10 minutes.
