I have tried a lot of pork chop recipes but this one will always have a special place in my heart. You just have to try this recipe and taste it yourself. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
3 tbsp milk
1 ½ c Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ c grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp dried parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
4 pork chops
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 160 degrees C or 325 degrees F.
Step 2: In a small mixing bowl, add the milk and eggs. Beat until well combined and creamy.
Step 3: In another mixing bowl, add the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and parsley. Stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Place an oven-proof skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 5: Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 6: Add the garlic and sauté for a few minutes until toasted.
Step 7: Remove the garlic from the skillet and set aside.
Step 8: Coat each pork chop with the egg mixture, then dip it into the bread crumbs. Make sure to coat each pork chop generously.
Step 9: Put the pork chops into the skillet and cook each side for 5 minutes or until brown.
Step 10: Remove the skillet from the heat and place it inside the preheated oven. Cook the pork chops for 25 minutes more or until done.
Step 11: Remove from the oven.
Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
