This dish is so easy that I can watch my favourite tv series and cook at the same time! This was recommended to me by my good friend, Andy. Instant Pot recipes are always great for beginners. I mean, there are a lot of Instant Pot recipes where you will only add all the ingredients in and let it do its magic. Like this one! I have listed everything you will be needing so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! A complete meal to complete your day. Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
10.75 oz condensed tomato soup
2 c long-grain white rice
8.75 oz canned corn
10.5 oz condensed chicken broth
2 ½ c milk
2 c shredded mozzarella and cheddar blend
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 ½ teaspoons pepper
Directions:
Press the “Sauté” button on Instant Pot.
Add butter into the pot and allow it to melt.
Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown.
Add milk, onion powder, garlic powder, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Add the long-grain rice and use a spatula to press it down the liquid. Make sure to submerge them.
Add the corn and tomato soup. Make sure not to stir.
Cover the Instant Pot with the lid and cook for about 7 minutes on a high setting. Do a quick release.
Remove the lid and stir until well combined.
Add the shredded cheese, then stir again until well blended and melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
