Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
2 c milk
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Place a saucepan on the stove, then add butter and flour.
Turn the heat to medium. Whisk and cook for a few minutes until the butter is melted completely.
Add milk and whisk until well blended. Bring the mixture to a boil. Make sure to stir continuously until the texture becomes smooth.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well mixed.
Serve hot with biscuits. Enjoy!

You can serve this gravy with any type of meat or mashed potatoes. Pork chops and chicken are the best to go with this gravy!
