This hot crab dip is a must at any party! Super easy and quick to make. Incredibly delicious, cheesy, with a hint of spice. This dip pairs so well with veggies, Ritz crackers, tortilla chips, and crostini!
This recipe is not only very simple but also versatile. If you do not want to use crab, you are welcome to replace it with chicken, shrimp, or tuna. Some people also use smoked salmon. These options are great if you are looking for a budget-friendly variety. But if you want to splurge, you can use fresh salmon. I sometimes get the ones in a plastic container that is already steamed and cooked. Make sure to break it up a little before using it.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb lump crab meat
1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese
½ c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
½ c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ c. mayo
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon sliced green onions
¼ c. shredded Parmesan cheese, for topping
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
HOW TO MAKE HOT CRAB DIP

Step 2: Place the cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream in a large bowl. Mix well until combined.
Step 3: Add the Parmesan cheese to the large bowl along with the cheddar cheese, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix again until well blended, then fold in the crab meat.
Step 4: Into a 1-quart baking dish, pour the mixture and sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan cheese on top.
Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake the dip for about 25 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Step 6: Take the baking dish out of the oven when done and sprinkle the green onions on top. Serve the hot crab dip with crostini and tortilla chips. Enjoy!
