Ingredients:
HONEY MUSTARD SALMON IN FOIL:
1 batch honey mustard sauce (see below)
2-pound side of salmon, boneless and skinless
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
⅓ c whole grain mustard
¼ c honey
4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp Kosher salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
Directions:
For the Honey Mustard Salmon in Foil:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the honey mustard sauce. Stir until well mixed.
Line with aluminium foil a large baking sheet, then apply cooking spray on it.
Put the salmon in the centre of the prepared baking sheet.
Pour the mustard sauce over the salmon, then spread it and make sure the salmon is covered.
Fold the foil and close.
Oven Method:
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until done. Make sure to check from time to time.
Remove from the oven and open the foil.
Put it back inside the oven and broil for about 3 minutes.
Grill Method:
Place the salmon onto a grill and cook for about 15 minutes or until done.
Open the foil and cook the salmon for another 3 minutes or until done.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve hot and enjoy!
