Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
½ cup of soy sauce
½ cup ketchup
⅓ cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare a 4-quart slow cooker.
Step 2: Add the chicken thighs on the bottom.
Step 3: In a medium mixing bowl, add the soy sauce, ketchup, honey, basil, and garlic. Stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs.
Step 5: Cover the slow cooker and cook for 6 hours over low heat.
