If you want a very easy recipe to try and you are craving carrots, then, this is perfect for you! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! These Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots are best to serve with steak! I always make sure that I have these heavenly treats whenever I serve steak. It just complements well with a juicy piece of beef! Well, you just have to give this recipe a try and taste it yourself! Ingredients:
2 lbs carrots cut into 3-inch pieces
½ c butter
2 tablespoons honey
4 garlic cloves minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Fresh parsley
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Place an oven-safe skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add butter and allow it to melt.
Add garlic and honey. Stir until well mixed.
Add the carrots and toss until well coated with the sauce.
Remove the skillet from the heat.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake the carrots for about 25 minutes or until soft.\
Broil for another 4 minutes or until the carrots caramelize.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle parsley on top.
Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Feel free to use a sauté pan if you do not have an oven-safe skillet.
You can also use a baking dish. The same process applies.
