Honey Cinnamon Cookies make a wonderful recipe for cookies that tastes so similar to the cookies you get when you travel the friendly skies – all without going anywhere. I got to try this recipe because of my brother, who happened to love cookies. It is something that he truly enjoys. I started baking when I was (15), it’s not that I enjoy being in the kitchen, it’s just that my parents are too busy and we can’t afford a nanny, and as the oldest, I have to take care of my younger brother, who was (9) years old at the time.
I find out that when we saw it on the television commercial, he likes to eat cookies, I know for a fact that just from looking at it, he likes it. I felt sad because we continuously see the adds as days come, so I decided to research and find recipes that I can do. And then I discovered this, and it was the best cookies I’ve ever tried. It is crunchy on the outside, but moist on the inside.

2 tbsp white sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
