Ingredients:
2 oz. cream cheese cut into chunks
¼ tsp black pepper
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen corn
2 tbsp honey
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp butter I use salted
Directions:
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add butter and allow it to melt.
Add honey and stir until well blended.
Add the frozen corn, then stir and cook for about 5 minutes or until done.
Add the cream cheese, pepper, and salt. Stir until well blended. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Transfer the dish into a serving bowl.
Serve right away and enjoy!
Notes:
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge.
