This noodle dish is superb! You have got to bite your teeth into these firm noodles smothered in a delicious sauce! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! If you want every bite to have a kick, try adding chilli garlic oil. Just do it and thank me later! Have the most wonderful day, everyone! Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic minced
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion sliced
9 oz. ramen noodles
1 c Bok choy shredded
1 large carrot shredded or sliced thin
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
3 green onions chopped
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions:
Refer to the directions provided on the package of the ramen noodles on how to cook them. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Place a large wok on the stove and turn the heat to high.
Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the ground beef and cook until brown.
Add the onion and garlic, then sauté until translucent and aromatic.
Add the carrot and Bok choy, then stir until well mixed. Cook for a minute or until soft. Remove from the heat.
Add cooked ramen noodles, hoisin sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and dark soy sauce. Toss everything until well mixed. Make sure that the noodles are well coated.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and freshly chopped green onions.
Serve and enjoy!
