Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1 stalk celery or Bok choy sliced
¼ c sliced onions
8 ounces lean ground beef
1 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
¼ c baby carrots julienne
8 ounces spaghetti dry
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
SAUCE
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
Directions:
Place a large pot with salted water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
Add the spaghetti noodles and cook until firm to bite. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown.
Add garlic and sauté until aromatic.
Add sugar, salt, and soy sauce. Stir until well mixed.
Add the carrots, onions, and Bok choy. Stir and cook until soft.
Add the cooked spaghetti and toss until well coated by the delicious sauce.
Spoon onto serving plates. Garnish with your preferred herbs.

Note:
If you want a kick in every bite, try adding chilli flakes. I highly recommend you do so!
