Ingredients:
2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
3 cups water
2 pounds ground beef
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 cans tomato sauce 15 ounces cans
2 cans diced tomatoes 15 ounces cans
Directions:
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown. Discard any accumulated grease.
Add the garlic, then saute until aromatic.
Add the tomato sauce, Italian season, tomatoes, soy sauce, seasoned salt, bay leaves, and water. Stir until well blended.
Cover the skillet with the lid, then cook everything for about 20 minutes.
Add the macaroni, then stir until just mixed. Cook for another 30 minutes or until al dente.
Remove from heat, then discard the bay leaves.
Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese, then stir until well blended.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
