Ingredients:
CRUST:
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
½ cup sugar
⅔ cup milk
½ stick butter, unsalted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
GOOEY LAYER:
1 package cream cheese 8 oz
2 Eggs
3 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter, unsalted melted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
PEACHES LAYER:
3 cups fresh or frozen peaches
½ cups sugar
3 tablespoon flour
1 pinch salt
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
Step 2: Add ½ stick of butter in a 9×13-inch baking pan. Place it inside the preheated oven and allow it to melt.
How To Make the Crust Layer:
Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except for the butter. Stir until well mixed.
Step 2: Transfer half of the mixture over the melted butter. Make sure not to stir.
How To Make the Peaches Layer:
Step 1: In a medium saucepan, add in the peaches, sugar, flour, and salt.
Step 2: Place it on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Allow the mixture to become thick.
Step 3: Transfer the peaches over the crust mixture.
How To Make the Gooey Layer:
Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
Step 2: Transfer the mixture over the peaches. Make sure not to mix the layers.
Step 3: Drizzle the rest of the crust mixture over the cobbler.
Step 4: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
Step 5: Remove from the oven and let it sit at room temperature to cool for at least 15 minutes.
