Ingredients:
¼ c parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp olive oil
1 pound turkey breast cutlets
¼ c panko bread crumbs
2 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp paprika
¼ c Italian bread crumbs
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Add Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper onto a plate. Whisk until well combined.
Coat each turkey piece with the mixture. Shake off any excess.
Add the coated turkey pieces into the skillet, then cook each side for a few minutes until they turn golden brown.
Transfer them onto a baking sheet. Arrange them in a single layer.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve warm and enjoy!
