Ingredients:
½ c grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
6 boneless pork loin chops, about ½″ thick
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
1 c Italian breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Coat each pork chop with salt and pepper.
In a mixing bowl, add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and breadcrumbs. Stir until well blended.
In another mixing bowl, add the cracked eggs and whisk until creamy.
Coat each pork chop with egg wash, then into the breadcrumb mixture. Shake off any excess.
Put a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add butter and allow it to melt.
Add the pork chops and sear each side for a few minutes until they turn golden brown.
Transfer the skillet inside the preheated oven and bake the pork chops for about 10 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow the pork chops to sit for a few minutes at room temperature to incorporate all the flavours.
Serve warm and enjoy!

You can use chicken instead of pork for this recipe. Cooking time will vary.
