Ingredients:
½ c grated Parmesan cheese
1 c Italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
6 boneless pork loin chops, about ½-inch thick
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 large eggs, beaten
salt and pepper
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the pork chops, then rub each until well-coated.
In a mixing bowl, add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and breadcrumbs. Whisk everything until well blended.
In another mixing bowl, add the eggs and beat a few times until creamy.
Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, then into the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure to coat each well and shake off any excess.
Place a cast-iron skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add butter and allow it to melt.
Add the pork chops and sear each side for a few minutes until they turn golden brown. Remove the skillet from the stove.
Transfer the skillet into the preheated oven and bake the pork chops for about 5 to 10 minutes or until done. Remove from the oven.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
You can use chicken breasts instead of pork chops for this recipe.
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them in the fridge. Reheat for a few minutes.
I highly suggest serving these pork chops right away for the best experience.
