1.5 to 2 lbs. top sirloin steak cut into 2-inch pieces
¼ tsp fresh ground pepper
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Add potatoes, thyme, steak, rosemary, salt, pepper, and oil into a large mixing bowl. Stir everything until well mixed.
Cover the bowl, then place it inside the fridge to chill for at least half an hour.
Remove the bowl from the fridge, then let it rest for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
Add potatoes and steak over four 12×12-inch foil sheets. Wrap and seal each foil.
Grill:
Prepare the grill and preheat to high.
Place the packets over the grill, then cook each side for about 10 minutes.
Serve right away and enjoy!
Oven:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
Place the packets inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven.
Serve right away and enjoy!
Notes:
You can precook the potatoes before putting them into the packets.
Slice the steak into 1-inch cuts if you want it to be well done otherwise, slice them into large cuts.
