I woke up today with a real hankering for Garlic Butter Noodles! Lucky for me, I already know this amazing recipe! I gathered all the ingredients and began prepping. Before I know it, my meal was ready. This recipe will only take you 15 minutes to prepare! It’s very easy and very hassle-free! You have got to give this recipe a try. It can serve up to 4 servings. Perfect for a simple family dinner. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
⅔ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
⅛ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
2 ¼ cups shell pasta
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
Place a large pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil. Make sure that water is enough to submerge the pasta.
Add the uncooked shell pasta and a bit of salt, then cook for a few minutes until al dente.
Drain the noodles to stop the cooking process, then place them into a large bowl.
Add melted butter, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, salt, mozzarella cheese, freshly minced parsley, and pepper. Toss everything until the pasta shells are well coated.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes:
You can add 2 tbsp of milk if the texture of the sauce becomes too thin.
You can add these optional ingredients for this noodle dish to make it a complete meal:
(Cooked chicken, Grilled shrimp, Steak slices, Roasted cauliflower, Sauteed mushrooms, cooked spinach)
Feel free to infuse flavors into the pasta shells while cooking them. You can boil them in chicken broth or vegetable broth.
You can use fontina, provolone, gruyere, or asiago cheese for this recipe.
You can also use rosemary, thyme, chives, or fresh basil for the herbs.
