Ingredients:
1 ¼ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 ¼-inch piece
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
1 ½ Tbsp minced fresh garlic (4 cloves)
2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley*
Directions:
Place a 12-inch skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Use paper towels to pat dry the chicken breasts.
In a mixing bowl, add flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
Add the chicken breasts and toss until well coated with the seasonings.
Add a tablespoon of butter and olive oil into the skillet, then allow them to melt and become hot.
Add the chicken breasts and cook each side for 3 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Add the rest of the butter and garlic. Sauté the garlic until aromatic.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to add more herbs and squeeze lemon juice on top when serving.
