Let’s just think for a moment about frozen cookie dough. Sometimes that’s not another recipe that you need, but a strategy. This spectacularly convenient frozen cookie dough trick helps you to have baked cookies at just a moment’s notice. Magical, huh? Perhaps better, it works for almost every cookie dough. So on a desperate day, in anticipation of a potential desire on a baking sheet, you can quickly plop frozen blobs of cookie dough that you wisely made weeks earlier, and have chocolate chip cookies at a time. And, more impressively, it helps you to make only one single cookie — if you can show that discipline.
It is smooth and creamy, sweet and flavorful, smooth, and delicious. And it’s cool and refreshing because you can store these balanced chocolate chip cookie dough bites in the freezer. The bites are not completely freezing, so you can eat them directly from the freezer without breaking your teeth. They ‘re the perfect little chocolate chip cookie dough on these hot summer days, and I hope you love them just like I do.

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
1 ½ cups brown sugar, packed
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp water
2 cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
¾ cup chopped walnuts, if desired
Directions;
In a mixing bowl, add and cream the butter and sugar. If desired, add the vanilla, water, flour, chocolate chips, and walnuts and mix until well blended. Form the dough into bite-sized balls (or using a small scoop of ice cream). Place on a baking sheet and freeze for about 2 hours until firm. Place the balls in the freezer inside a resealable plastic bag.
Tips:
You can decide the sizes of your chocolate chip cookie balls, make them as tiny or as big as you like.
For a party, you can stick a toothpick in them, just like a lollipop
