You wouldn’t want anything else after eating this delicious French Onion Beef Casserole! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! This is so good, I’m telling you! Ingredients:
2 cans (10.75 ounces, each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. lean ground beef
10 oz. dried egg noodles
1 c French’s fried onions
1 (15 oz.) jar Lay’s French Onion Dip
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Place a large pot with enough water to submerge the noodles on the stove, then turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
Add the egg noodles and cook until firm to bite. Drain and set aside.
Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown. Discard any excess fat.
Add the French onion dip and soups, then stir until well mixed.
Add the cooked egg noodles and toss until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle fried onions over the mixture.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
