Ingredients:
1 c flour
½ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 ¼ c milk
2 tablespoons butter melted
Directions:
Add flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
In another mixing bowl, add the milk and eggs. Whisk until well blended.
Transfer the egg mixture gradually into the flour mixture and whisk every addition until well blended.
Add melted butter and whisk until well blended.
Cover the batter with plastic wrap and place it inside the refrigerator for about an hour or overnight.
Place a frying pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add melted butter and allow it to become hot.
Add ¼ cup of the batter and spread it evenly.
Cook for about 30 seconds on each side or until done.
Repeat the process to the rest of the batter.
Serve hot with your preferred filling. Enjoy!
Note:
Place any leftovers inside the fridge and they can last for a few days.
