Ingredients
⅓ c. olive oil
¼ c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp dried basil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp dried parsley
½ c. soy sauce
½ – 1 pound flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tsp black pepper
How to make Steak Bites with Garlic Butter
Step 1: In a large Ziplock bag, place all the ingredients except for the steak. Mix well until combined.
Step 2: Place the steak into the marinade. Seal the bag and shake gently to coat. Keep the bag in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Step 3: Into a very hot large skillet, gently place the pieces of steak and discard the marinade. Cook the steak until your preferred doneness. Cook the steak for about 3 minutes for medium-well.
Step 4: Serve the steak bites with garlic butter immediately. Enjoy!
