Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken wings
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 (8.5-ounces) bag Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, crushed
¼ cup hot sauce
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons butter
¼ cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons freshly chopped dill
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Large pinch cayenne pepper
¼ cup finely crumbled blue cheese
Celery sticks, for serving
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 212 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Season with salt and pepper on the chicken wings.
Coat each chicken wing with flour.
Dip each chicken wing into the egg wash, then coat with Cheetos crumbs. Repeat the process to the rest of the wings.
Place the chicken wings onto a baking sheet.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until done.
Add honey, hot sauce, and butter into a heat-proof bowl.
Place it inside the microwave and heat until the mixture is melted completely. Stir until well mixed.
Pour the hot sauce mixture on top of the wings and spread it evenly.
Arrange the coated chicken wings onto a clean serving plate.
Add mayonnaise, buttermilk, dill, onion powder, sour cream, cayenne, garlic powder, and blue cheese into a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
