Oh, my! This pizza recipe is extraordinary! In just about 15 minutes, you will surely have the best pizza ever! Feel free to decorate it with your preferred toppings. My only advice to you is to be very generous with the amount of cheese you will add. Just do it and thank me later! Have a blessed day, friends, and I hope you are all well today. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 c warm water (about 100 degrees – you should be able to comfortably hold your hand in it at this temp)
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp kosher salt
2 ½ c (300g) all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
Your favourite pizza toppings!
Directions:
Add sugar, yeast, and warm water into a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined. Allow the mixture to rest for about 3 minutes.
Add salt and oil. Stir until well mixed.
Set aside ½ cup of flour, then add the rest into the mixture. Stir until well combined.
Add more flour if the texture of the dough is too wet.
Knead the dough, then cover it with a wet towel. Let it rise for about 10 minutes at room temperature.
Sprinkle flour onto a flat surface, then place the dough on it. Roll with a rolling pin.
Spread your preferred sauce on top.
Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on top.
Top with your preferred toppings.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 500 degrees F or 250 degrees C.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese turns brown.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
