Ingredients:
½ c butter
¼ c white sugar
1 ½ c graham cracker crumbs
1 ½ c flaked coconut
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 c semisweet chocolate chips
½ c almonds, chopped
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add butter and allow it to melt.
Add the graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Stir until well combined.
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread the sugar mixture on the bottom.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, add condensed milk and coconut. Stir until well combined.
Spread the mixture on top of the cooled crust.
Put the crust back inside the oven and bake for another 12 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes at room temperature.
Place the chocolate inside the oven and heat it until melted completely.
Remove from the oven, then add the almonds. Stir until well blended.
Spread the mixture on top of the coconut layer.
Let it cool completely at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
