Ingredients:
1 rack baby back ribs membrane removed
Dry Rub:
2 Tablespoons paprika
1 Tablespoon black pepper
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons coarse salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon dry mustard
BBQ Sauce:
½ c brown sugar bbq sauce
2-3 Tablespoons honey
Parsley
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 150 degrees C or 300 degrees F.
Step 2: Arrange the ribs onto a heavy-duty aluminium foil.
Step 3: In a small mixing bowl, all the dry ingredients. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 4: Generously season the ribs with the mixed spices.
Step 5: Wrap the ribs with the foil and place them onto a large baking sheet.
Step 6: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for 3 hours.
Step 7: Remove the ribs from the oven and unwrap them.
Step 8: In a small mixing bowl, add the honey and bbq sauce. Stir until well mixed, then brush it all over the ribs.
Step 9: Put the ribs back in the oven and let them sit on the lowest rack. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until nicely brown.
Step 10: Remove from the oven and brush them with more bbq sauce.
Step 11: Sprinkle parsley on top.
Step 12: Serve and enjoy!
