The first time I tasted these luscious chips was at a party. I loved them so much that I asked my friend for the recipe right away. She was gracious enough to give this recipe to me. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
¾ c parmesan cheese
1 c mozzarella cheese
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Line with parchment paper a baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, add ½ tbsp of the seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well mixed.
Spoon the mixture and drop each onto the prepared pan. Make sure to leave a bit of space between each chip. If it doesn’t fit in one sheet pan, you can use two.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 7 to 11 minutes or until baked to your preference.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the other half of the seasoning on top.
Allow the chips to rest for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.
