Ingredients:
1 ½ lb Granny Smith apples – peeled, cored, and sliced
1 tbsp sugar
1 c sugar
1 c flour
1 tsp cinnamon
¾ c melted butter
1 Egg
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, add the apples and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Toss until well coated, then arrange them onto a pie plate.
In another mixing bowl, add flour, egg, butter, cinnamon, and 1 cup of sugar. Whisk until well combined.
Spread the mixture over the apples.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow the pie to cool at room temperature.
