Ingredients:
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 ½ tablespoons fresh dill – chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried dill)
½ c celery – finely diced
½ c mayonnaise
salt & pepper – to taste
½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
16 ounces imitation crab meat (preferably flaked style)
3 tablespoons red onion – very finely diced
Directions:
Add celery, mayonnaise, red onion, dill, salt, pepper, lemon juice, Old Bay, and imitation crab into a mixing bowl. Stir everything until well blended.
Place it inside the fridge to chill for a few minutes.
