These luscious potatoes are going to satisfy you for sure! I love potatoes more than I love my partner, just kidding! These cheese coated potatoes are so good that I make it all the time. A big thanks to my dear friend, Aubrey, for giving me this outstanding recipe. I am not a great chef but I make great roasted potatoes! I know you can too if you give this recipe a try! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. By the way, be very generous with the amount of cheese you add. Just do it and thank me later. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 russet potatoes, sliced
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Parsley, chopped
Directions:
Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
Step 2: Prepare a baking sheet.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add the potatoes and olive oil. Toss until the potatoes are covered with olive oil.
Step 4: In a small mixing bowl, add the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
Step 5: Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potatoes and make sure that the potatoes are well seasoned.
Step 6: Transfer and arrange the seasoned potatoes on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 7: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Step 8: Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Step 9: Put it back inside the oven and bake for 20 minutes more or until the cheese has melted completely.
Step 10: Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
Step 11: Serve hot and enjoy!
