This Pepperoni Pizza Casserole is perfectly seasoned! This recipe is super easy to prepare. You just need these simple ingredients and 30 minutes of your time! Ingredients:
2 ½ c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp Oregano, dried
½ c Whole pepperoni
1 c diced pepperoni
24 ounces of Pizza sauce
12 ounces Rotini
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a casserole dish.
Place a large pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
Add the pasta and a bit of salt into the pot, then cook for a few minutes until al dente. Drain the noodles and put them back into the pot.
Add the pepperoni, 1 ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, and pizza sauce over the noodles. Stir everything until the noodles are well coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of the casserole.
Add the pepperoni on top of the cheese, followed by oregano.
Place the casserole in the preheated oven, then bake for about 7 to 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely and turns golden brown.
Remove the casserole from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
