Ingredients:
2 cups brown sugar1 c (2 sticks) unsalted Butter
3 cups powdered Sugar, sifted
1 (5 oz.) 1 (5 oz.)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped roughly
Spray with nonstick spray if needed
Preparation:
Use non-stick spray to grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan. Line the pan with parchment paper or plastic wrap.
