Ingredients
2 bags chessmen cookies
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 box instant French vanilla pudding mix
1 package cream cheese, softened
6-8 bananas, sliced
2 c. milk
1 container of frozen whipped topping, thawed, or an equal amount sweetened whipped cream
How to make Paula Deen’s Not Yo’ Mama’s Banana Pudding
Step 1: Using 1 bag of cookies line the bottom of a baking dish and top with a layer of bananas.
Step 2: In a bowl, place the milk and pudding mix. Mix well using a handheld electric mixer until combined.
Step 3: In a different bowl, place the cream cheese and condensed milk. Stir well until smooth. Then, fold in the whipped topping. To the pudding mixer, add the cream cheese mixture, mixing well until incorporated.
Step 4: Over the cookies and bananas, pour the mixture. Then, cover it with the rest of the cookies.
Step 5: Place in the fridge until the pudding is ready to serve.
