This will probably the best bread you will ever have! I kid you not. You just need to try this recipe and taste it yourself. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 c all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 ½ teaspoons sea salt
1 ½ c warm water 105 degrees F
Directions:
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add the yeast, flour, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 2: Add water and whisk until it forms into a ball of dough.
Step 3: Apply cooking spray on a plastic wrap, then cover the bowl with it, followed by a damp sea towel.
Step 4: Allow the dough to rest for 18 to 24 hours at room temperature.
Step 5: Prepare the oven and preheat to 230 degrees C or 450 degrees F.
Step 6: Put a 30-quart Dutch oven inside the preheating oven.
Step 7: Sprinkle flour on a flat surface, then place the dough on it.
Step 8: Shape the dough into a ball. Make sure to add flour if necessary.
Step 9: Cover the dough with a towel.
Step 10: Remove the Dutch oven from the oven and line it with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
Step 11: Spread the ball of dough into the baking dish.
Step 12: Cover and place it inside the preheated oven. Bake for about 30 minutes.
Step 13: Remove the cover and bake for 15 minutes more or until golden brown.
Step 14: Remove from the oven and remove the bread from the Dutch oven.
Step 15: Place the bread onto a wire rack and allow it to cool.
Step 16: Slice into small pieces.
Step 17: Serve and enjoy!
