This Cheeseburger is my ultimate comfort food! Every bite of this will surely make you very happy. My only advice to you is to be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to add. Just do it and thank me later! Have a blessed day, friends. Serve this pretty much any time of day. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
4 slices bacon thick cut
2 tablespoons butter unsalted
1 lb ground beef
4 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon mustard (yellow)
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 c beef broth or beef stock
6 oz cheddar cheese shredded
¼ c heavy whipping cream
Directions:
Roughly chop the bacon into small cuts.
Place a Dutch oven on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add the bacon and cook until crispy and brown. This usually takes about 5 to 8 minutes.
Remove the crispy bacon from the pot onto a clean plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess grease.
In the same pan, add butter and allow it to melt.
Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown.
Add the tomato paste, cream cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Add the cream and beef broth. Stir until well blended and allow it to simmer for a few minutes.
Add the cheese and stir until well mixed. Simmer for another 5 minutes or until melted completely.
Put the bacon back into the pan and stir until well mixed.
Remove from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Serve and enjoy!
