Ingredients:
4 tbsp Butter
2 c Beef Broth
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 pound Ground Beef
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning
4 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
Chopped Parsley
Salt/Pepper – to taste
1 Sweet Onion – chopped
Directions:
Place a large pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown.
Add the onions and saute until soft. Discard excess grease.
Add butter into the skillet and let it melt.
Add flour, then whisk and cook for a few minutes to remove the raw taste.
Add the Italian seasoning, broth, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well blended and allow the mixture to boil.
Turn the heat down to medium, then simmer for a few minutes until the texture of the sauce becomes thick. Make sure to stir from time to time.
Remove from the heat, then sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top to garnish.
Serve over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
