Ingredients:
1 (1pound) box medium pasta shells
1 pound ground beef
2 (10ounces) cans tomato soup
2 c shredded cheddar
1 c shredded mozzarella
½ c water
garlic, salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Refer to the instructions provided on the package of the pasta on how to cook it.
Step 2: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Step 3: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 4: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 5: Add in the ground beef and cook until brown. Make sure to season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Step 6: Add in the cooked pasta, ½ cup of water, tomato soup, and ½ of the cheese. Stir for about 2 to 3 minutes until well mixed.
Step 7: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
Step 8: Cover the dish with foil and place it inside the preheated oven.
Step 9: Bake for about 20 minutes, then remove the cover. Bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.
Step 10: Remove from the oven.
Step 11: Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Place the leftovers inside the fridge. It can last for 3 days.
You can use 100 per cent Cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella.
You can add onion powder or chopped onion to season the beef mixture.
