This recipe has been a part of our family forever! This was my grandma’s recipe that she passed on to me. Now, allow me to share it with you as well! These Ham & Cheese, Egg Cups were the best breakfast treats I had growing up. Well, they still are! In less than 30 minutes, these heavenly treats are ready for serving. This recipe can yield up to 12 servings so make sure to invite your friends over. I promise you that this is worth all your time and effort! I have listed all the ingredients and directions. Ingredients:
12 large Eggs
100 grams grated cheddar
Cooking spray, for pan
Freshly ground black pepper
12 slices ham
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Salt
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.
Apply cooking spray to a 12-cup muffin tin.
Fill each cup with ham and top with cheddar cheese.
Top each cup with an egg, then season with salt and pepper.
Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake the Ham & Cheese, Egg Cups for about 12 to 15 minutes or until done. Insert a toothpick in the middle of one cup. If it comes out clean, remove them from the oven.
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top to garnish.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them in the fridge. Reheat in the oven or microwave for a few minutes until warm.
