Now, allow me to share this recipe with you! It is something you will surely enjoy preparing! This dish is ready in less than an hour! Serve this for dinner with your loved ones. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
15.25 ounces – 1 can of corn
3 teaspoons dried ground mustard
32 ounces – 1 package of tater tots
1 pound of ground beef
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 c Mozzarella cheese
Worcestershire sauce
10 ¾ ounces – 1 can of tomato soup
4 tablespoons minced onions
3 tablespoons parsley, divided
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Add the ground beef and spices into the hot skillet, then cook for a few minutes until crumbly and brown. Discard any accumulated fat from the skillet.
Add the can of corn and soup, then stir until well blended. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes.
Apply cooking spray to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Add the tater tots into the prepared baking dish and arrange them in a single layer.
Spread about 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese over the tater tots. Make sure to cover them completely.
Add the beef mixture on top of the cheese layer and spread it evenly.
Add the rest of the cheese over the meat layer. Top with 1 tablespoon of parsley.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
Remove the Cowboy Lasagna from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature to incorporate all the flavors.
Serve warm and enjoy!
