This recipe of chocolate chip cookie is very easy and simple to make! Everyone can pull this off. It’s hassle-free for a busy person like myself. I usually just leave this in the oven and I am free to do my work. See, I work from home, but it’s not very easy because I have a lot of workloads so easy and quick recipes are my best friend nowadays. My kids love these sweet little treats! Give it a try and I am sure that they are going to love it as well.
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 (18 ounce) packages chocolate chip cookie dough
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, add the eggs, cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar. Whisk until well mixed and creamy.
Step 3: Prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan. Roll 1 cookie dough and form a base.
Step 4: Add cream cheese and spread it evenly on top of the dough.
Step 5: Break the other cookie dough into small pieces and toss them on top of the cream cheese layer.
Step 5: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until the top of the cookies turn golden brown.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool at room temperature.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
