This is one of my favorite recipes to prepare. These Cheesecake Crescent Rolls never fail to satisfy my cravings! You will be amazed by how the crescent rolls made these delicious treats way better! ½ c (1 stick) butter, melted
1 ½ c granulated sugar
¼ tsp salt
2 cans of crescent rolls
2 (8 ounces each) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Roll out a can of crescent roll into the prepared baking pan and press it to the sides and bottom.
Add vanilla extract, salt, cream cheese, and 1 cup of sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until well blended.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared dough and spread it evenly.
Add the 2nd can of crescent roll over the cream cheese layer and unroll it.
Add melted butter over the crescent roll and spread it evenly.
In a mixing bowl, add cinnamon and the rest of the sugar. Whisk until well incorporated.
Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the melted butter layer.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Slice into even servings.
