1 can of refried beans

2 ½ cups of shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 pack of taco seasoning
HOW TO MAKE AN EASY BURRITO CASSEROLE
Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Cook the ground beef and onion in a large skillet until the meat is no longer pink. Drain the excess grease when done, then add the taco seasoning along with the refried beans. Cook further until completely heated.
Step 3: Place the mushroom soup and sour cream in a different bowl. Mix well until combined. Spread half of the mushroom mixture in the bottom of a baking dish. Place three layers of tortillas on top, tearing the tortillas if needed and overlapping the pieces.
Step 4: Spread the ground beef mixture over the tortillas and sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Repeat the same layers, ending with the remaining cheese.
Step 5: Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Step 6: When done, take the casserole out of the oven and serve right away. Enjoy!
