I am so excited to share this recipe with you today! I’m telling you, this Bubble Up Pizza is super legit! The best thing about this is that you get to decide which toppings you like. Ready in less than an hour, this recipe is one to try. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 c Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
½ c Shredded Cheddar Cheese optional
Pizza toppings any that you like -we did pepperoni
1 Jar of pizza sauce Bought or homemade – or you can use 2 small cans of tomato sauce with Italian seasoning
2 Cans of Biscuits the cheapest plan will do
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Remove the biscuits from the can, then use a pizza cutter to slice each into quarters.
Place the biscuits in the prepared pan and scatter them to the bottom.
Add pizza sauce on top of the biscuits and spread it evenly. Make sure to cover them well.
Sprinkle the shredded Mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Place your favorite pizza toppings over the cheese.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the toppings and fully cover them.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes or until the top bubbles and turns golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it rest for at least 5 minutes at room temperature. Slice it into even cuts.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then put them in the fridge. Reheat for a few minutes before serving again.
You can add any of your favorite pizza toppings. That’s the best thing about this recipe!
I highly suggest adding a generous amount of cheese. It makes the pizza super yummy!
