This Easy Baked Crack Chicken is very satisfying! This will be the best 35-minute recipe that you will ever try! I’m sure everyone in your family is going to love this amazing dish. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
4 slices of bacon, cooked, diced
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese white or yellow
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to ¼-inch thickness
1 tbsp Ranch Seasoning mix
2 to 3 scallions, finely sliced
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ tsp smoked paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Add ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and ½ of green onion slices. Stir until well blended.
Apply cooking spray to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Wrap each chicken with plastic, then gently pound each to ¼-inch thickness. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
Put the chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish.
Add 2 tbsp of cream cheese mixture over each chicken breast and spread it evenly.
Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken for about 12 minutes.
Top each chicken breast with shredded cheese and chopped bacon.
Put the chicken back inside the oven and bake for 10 to 15 more minutes or until done.
Remove the chicken from the oven.
Sprinkle the rest of the green onions on top of the chicken to garnish.

Notes:
You can cook the bacon the night before. Just cool at room temperature after cooking, then place them inside the fridge.
Feel free to use chicken thighs for this recipe instead of chicken breasts.
You can serve this Baked Crack Chicken with a salad, mashed potatoes, or steamed veggies on the side.
Leftovers can last up to 3 months in the freezer. Make sure to put them in an airtight container.
