I love these Antipasto Squares! It is one of my favorite sandwiches made with layers of Swiss cheese, salami, provolone cheese, pepperoni, and red peppers between refrigerated crescent rolls. Serve these delightful Antipasto Squares as an easy and quick lunch or as a fun party appetizer. And these are great as a dinner option, too!
These Antipasto Squares are like a baked Italian Sub. If you love Italian Sub, I am pretty sure that you’ll enjoy these cheesy, a little gooey, and crazy amazing Antipasto Squares!
This Antipasto Squares recipe is also very versatile. You can easily customize it according to your preference. You can lightly brush the dough with a mixture of egg wash and olive oil instead of pesto and sprinkle it with sesame seeds. You can also use your preferred cheese and meat to make these Antipasto Squares. And for a thinner, lighter crust, you can swap crescent dough with puff pastry sheets.
