Ingredients:
1 lb skinless, chicken breast sliced/ cut into strips
⅓ c grated parmesan cheese I used freshly grated.
⅓ c breadcrumbs You can use any breadcrumbs (Italian Seasoned, panko, etc.)
1 Egg
¼ c all-purpose flour
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil spray, I used olive oil
Directions:
Step 1: In three different bowls, add the eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs.
Step 2: In the bowl with the breadcrumbs, add the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Step 3: Toss the chicken breasts into the bowl with the flour, next to the egg, then into the breadcrumb’s mixture.
Step 4: Apply cooking spray on all sides of the coated chicken.
Step 5: Put them into the air fryer and cook for about 8 minutes at 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Step 6: Turn the chicken tenders and cook the other side for another 6 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Step 7: Serve hot and enjoy!
