Ingredients:
1 pouch (17.5 ounces) Betty Crocker™ sugar cookie mix
1 box (3.4 ounces) Jell-O™ butterscotch instant pudding & pie filling mix
½ c butter, softened
2 tbsp water
1 Egg
1 c butterscotch chips
1 tsp coarse sea salt
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Add the dry pudding mix, cookie mix, egg, water, and softened butter into a large mixing bowl. Beat until well combined.
Step 3: Add butterscotch chips and stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Spoon the dough and drop them onto cookie sheets. Make sure to leave a space between each cookie dough.
Step 5: Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes or until done.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and sprinkle sea salt on top.
Step 7: Allow the cookies to cool for at least 2 minutes.
Step 8: Allow the cookies to cool completely at room temperature for at least 20 minutes.
Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
