Ingredients:
½ pound lean ground beef
½ pound rotini pasta
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
½ yellow sweet pepper, chopped
¼ small white onion, diced
½ pint grape tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded
½ c French dressing
¼ c sour cream
1 ½ c nacho cheese Doritos, crushed
Directions:
Step 1: Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 2: Add the beef and cook until crumbly and brown.
Step 3: Leave 3 tablespoons of the accumulated grease and discard the rest.
Step 4: Add the taco seasoning and stir until well combined.
Step 5: Remove the pan from the stove and set it aside.
Step 6: Refer to the package provided on the rotini on how to cook it.
Step 7: Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Step 8: In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients.
Step 9: Toss everything until well combined.
Step 10: Add sour cream and stir until well blended.
Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
